Early Years

Catherine is a master of many musical styles, and is equally at home crooning a sultry jazz ballad, belting out a show tune or delivering a classic rock ‘n roll song, all with her own inimitable stamp.

Captivating audiences of musical theatre and comedy, her various acting roles range from stage, to television commercials, to international film sets.

More than just a singer and actor, as a teenager Catherine trained in classical ballet, and attended the Elder Conservatorium at Adelaide University where she obtained a Scholarship in clarinet studies while still in high school.

Still a teenager, she took on roles as leading soprano in the youth opera “The Two Fiddlers” by acclaimed Scottish composer Peter Maxwell-Davies at the Adelaide Festival of Arts, and as clarinetist in the South Australian State Opera Orchestra.
